Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Full Time / Part Time Recovery Coaching

Provide strengths-based, person-centred coaching to NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability. Support recovery, community participation, and goal achievement.

Registered Nurse — Community

Full Time / Part Time Nursing Services

Deliver clinical nursing care to NDIS participants in their homes and community settings. Includes medication management, wound care, health monitoring, and care coordination.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Full Time / Part Time Behaviour Support

Develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants, conduct functional behaviour assessments, and work to reduce restrictive practices in a trauma-informed, rights-based way.

Occupational Therapist

Full Time / Part Time Allied Health

Conduct functional capacity assessments, develop home modification recommendations, and deliver therapeutic supports to NDIS participants to maximise independence and quality of life.

Speech Pathologist

Full Time / Part Time Allied Health

Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders for NDIS participants across a range of ages and diagnoses. Deliver therapy in community, home, and clinic settings.

Physiotherapist

Full Time / Part Time Allied Health

Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to NDIS participants, including mobility support, exercise programs, assistive technology recommendations, and falls prevention.

Social Worker

Full Time / Part Time Allied Health

Provide psychosocial assessments, counselling, and capacity building supports to NDIS participants. Help participants navigate complex systems and connect with community resources.

Support Worker

Casual / Part Time Direct Support

Provide hands-on daily living support, community access, and personal care to NDIS participants. Flexible shifts available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
