How we deliver Nursing Services

  • Medication Management

    Comprehensive medication administration, Webster pack management, and medication reviews to ensure safe and effective treatment.

  • Wound Care

    Assessment and management of acute and chronic wounds, including pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and leg ulcers.

  • Health Monitoring

    Regular monitoring of vital signs, chronic conditions, and health indicators with clear communication to your medical team.

  • Complex Care Coordination

    Coordination between hospitals, GPs, specialists, and allied health to ensure seamless, safe care transitions.

  • All KAAMI nurses are Registered Nurses (RNs) registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Many hold additional qualifications in community nursing, wound care, or complex care.

  • Yes. We provide nursing support across a range of hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, subject to availability and plan funding.

  • Nursing services are typically funded under the Daily Activities or Health and Wellbeing budget in your NDIS plan. Some nursing supports may also be funded through the health system — our team can help clarify the right funding pathway.
